Lion Cottage Review Positive: Excellent location in centre of town. Well equipped for 6 people. Negative: Steep staircases. Quality of sofa bed was poor

A lovely short stay in a pretty cottage Positive: Lovely sweet cottage incredibly clean and tidy with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Even in the heat the cottage was cool and comfortable. Negative: Nothing the cottage was perfect we couldnt fault anything - it was lovely and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect central location, all amenities available at the cottage. Comfortable and welcoming. Positive: Central location and info prior to the visit Negative: There was an occasional bad drain smell which we highlighted to the owner.

A lovely bolt to Holt.. we will be back! Positive: The location was fantastic and it had such a lovely finish/character to the house. Nice treats on arrival and we loved the family games.

Absolutely amazing stay. Great cottages, great location had everything we needed Positive: Amazing home and location. Why this place would have anything less than 5 stars I have no idea. It is a wonderful, lovely cottage. 3 bedrooms with hunk beds very well looked after and all the basics and more. Fan, hairdryer, travel cot, highchair, all things you need. Great location, close to so many things. 15 mins to Cromer 25 to Wells Beaches. Yes the stairs are steep and you do need to be careful, but it is a cottage....it's expected. We would stay here again 100%. Holt is a lovely place it was lovely and quiet therr. Highly recommend Negative: Nothing to say really, really enjoyed our stay, everything you'd expect from a lovely cottage in Norfolk
