A lovely bolt to Holt.. we will be back! Positive: The location was fantastic and it had such a lovely finish/character to the house. Nice treats on arrival and we loved the family games.

Absolutely amazing stay. Great cottages, great location had everything we needed Positive: Amazing home and location. Why this place would have anything less than 5 stars I have no idea. It is a wonderful, lovely cottage. 3 bedrooms with hunk beds very well looked after and all the basics and more. Fan, hairdryer, travel cot, highchair, all things you need. Great location, close to so many things. 15 mins to Cromer 25 to Wells Beaches. Yes the stairs are steep and you do need to be careful, but it is a cottage....it's expected. We would stay here again 100%. Holt is a lovely place it was lovely and quiet therr. Highly recommend Negative: Nothing to say really, really enjoyed our stay, everything you'd expect from a lovely cottage in Norfolk

Suites our needs for a get together in a central location for a very reasonable price. Positive: Central location, very quaint and quirky, quiet, comfortably hosted 6 adults. Negative: Very smelly bathrooms, drainage problem. Couple of glasses with cracks in them, dishwasher did not wash plates etc and we were pre warned about the steepness of the stairs but definitely needed to be careful with head hitting in way up.
