Had a great trip down memory lane used to holiday in this cottage 47 years ago with our grandparents Positive: Beautiful property in the heart of holt Negative: Parking was a bit of a nightmare Furniture in lounge could be more comfy

Lovely stay, the house was great and was next to all the village amenities. Positive: Location and house was great and we received good communication with the host before and during stay. Negative: Parking in Holt was difficult at times as it is a really busy village. Stairs in house were steeper than we anticipated, however the host did make us aware of this when booking.

Enjoyed Holt, a great base for your holiday. I would stay at another property in future. Positive: Location of property was within the centre of Holt which was excellent. Negative: You have to access the property via the back, this is in an alley where there are bins which isn't great as they smelt. Also the steps inside the property were extremely steep (think of a ladder) - this property is not suitable for the elderly or anyone that has young children as they would struggle on the stairs. Also all the mattresses need replacing as they are of poor quality - the sofa bed mattress is not fit for purpose!

Nice but expensive for what it was. Positive: The house was gorgeous and the location was nice, although the smell from the cafe was dreadful on Sunday morning. Negative: The bathroom was dirty, dusty and unclean. Also the living room floor was covered in dog hair.
