Disgusting and hazardous
Positive: Absolutely nothing
Negative: Filthy. Carpets disgusting. Walls dirty. Windows dirty. The entrance door warped and difficulty to open.
The main problem....vertical stairs that are absolutely impossible to climb...my dog fell down them. The management company refuse to accept responsibility even though the pictures are quite clear.

All in all a comfortable stay
Positive: Great location and comfortable accommodation.
Negative: Yes, the stairs were steep but we knew that would be the case before we arrived.
The only negative is there being no blind on the kitchen window at the rear of the property. As this leads directly on to a path we felt quite exposed in the evenings.

A great visit to Norfolk and a lovely stay.
Positive: Great location in beautiful Holt, clean and cosy. The welcome basket was a lovely addition.

Lovely stay in North Norfolk and Holt
Positive: simple key box, easy to open and get the keys. Very central location, as my wife is disabled there was excellent on street parking for us for the whole stay. There was two large carparks withing easy reach as well, when we couldnt park outside.
Negative: Nothing comes to mind
